At Pure Travel Group we want to make sure that you have the best vacation experience in Golden and Kicking Horse Resort, BC and Canada, whether you book a shuttle from Calgary Airport to Golden and Kicking Horse Resort, accommodation or activities.

Here are just a few tips to ensure that you do:

1. Before booking:

• Check the travel ID and visa requirements and ensure you can fulfill them before your date of travel to Canada. See our links page for link to Citizenship & Immigration Canada.
  

• Check the typical weather and altitude statistics for your chosen resort in Canada and make sure it is suitable for all family members and your planned activities on your travel dates.
  

• Check that your flight arrival and departure times work with the available airport shuttle transfer, particularly to Kicking Horse Resort and Golden, BC, Canada. Our Pure Ride product pages will advise the airport shuttle transfer time for each product.
  

• If you are thinking of driving a rental car to your resort, familiarise yourself with the journey time and road conditions for your date of travel. Make sure you feel comfortable making the drive, particularly through mountain passes, possibly after dark and in winter weather conditions. • Check that your choice of accommodation is available and suitable to your needs by reading the product information page thoroughly.
  

• Check age and weight restrictions on your Pure Fun and Pure Adventure activities and ensure you are in good enough health to participate in the activities. If you suffer from a pre-existing medical condition we recommend you speak to your doctor before booking your activity.
  

• Thoroughly check all information on the confirmation page before confirming your booking. Refunds or amendments may not be possible if you have made an error.
  

• If you choose not to book with Pure Travel Group please ensure your BC wholesaler or travel agent is properly licensed by the BPCPA. See our links page for more information on BPCPA.

2. Before travel:

• Check your valid travel documentation.
  

• Ensure you have suitable travel insurance.
  

• Check with Canada Border Services for vaccination and medical requirements for you and your pets (if applicable) and what products are permissible to be carried into Canada. See our links page for link to Canada Border services.
  

• If travelling by air, ensure your hand and hold baggage comply with your chosen airline's policies before you leave home.
